What is home staging?
Home staging is the process of furnishing and presenting a home for its sales campaign. We select furniture, artwork and accessories that show the rooms we style at their purpose and true size, creating an emotional connection between buyers and your home — so it sells faster, and for a premium.

Yes — home staging and property styling are two names for the same service. At Niche Design it’s delivered through our Style to Sell service, with three staging packages to suit your home, timeline and budget. You can read more on our property styling page.
What's included in a home staging package?
That depends on the package. Partial Stage covers all main living areas, the master bedroom and primary outdoor living spaces. Full Stage — our most popular — covers all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms and main outdoor living spaces. Luxe Stage adds walk-in wardrobes, pantries and linen, courtyards, foyers and hallways for a true display home feel.
Can you stage a home I'm still living in?
Yes — clients can choose an integrated set-up, combining some of their own furniture with pieces from Niche Design. In your consultation we’ll walk through your space together and identify the key opportunities to maximise your property’s appeal.
Do I have to pay for staging upfront?
Not necessarily. Our Style Now, Pay Later option — a simple online application through our partner provider, Elepay — means payment isn’t required until after your property settles, so your staging can move ahead without the wait.
Where do you offer home staging?
We stage homes across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW — including the Tweed Coast, Byron Bay and the Hinterland — from our studio in Burleigh Heads. If you’re between those areas, get in touch; chances are we style there.
