Property Styling Gold Coast & Northern NSW

What Is Property Styling

Styling that creates an emotional connection between buyers and your home.

Property styling — you may also know it as home staging — prepares your home for its sales campaign. We select and install the furniture, artwork and accessories that present your property at its very best, so buyers picture a place they can call home.

From our Burleigh Heads studio, director Alice and the Niche Design team have helped hundreds of property owners sell faster and for a premium price — working with vendors, real estate agents and homeowners across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW.

Property Styling FAQ

The questions most often asked.

If your question isn’t answered here, get in touch — we’re happy to talk through anything specific to your home, your timeline or your campaign.

Property styling — often called home staging — is the process of furnishing and presenting your home for its sales campaign. We select furniture, artwork and accessories that show the rooms we style at their purpose and true size, creating an emotional connection between buyers and your home so it sells faster, and for a premium.

That depends on the package. Partial Stage covers all main living areas, the master bedroom and primary outdoor living spaces. Full Stage — our most popular — covers all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms and main outdoor living spaces. Luxe Stage adds walk-in wardrobes, pantries and linen, courtyards, foyers and hallways for a true display home feel.

Every home is different, so we quote each project individually. After a free consultation and walk-through, you’ll receive a detailed, transparent quote that breaks down all aspects of your styling project, with fair, competitive pricing.

Not necessarily. Our Style Now, Pay Later option — a simple online application through our partner provider, Elepay — means payment isn’t required until after your property settles, so your styling can move ahead without the wait.

Yes — clients can choose an integrated set-up, combining some of their own pieces with furniture and accessories from Niche Design. In your consultation we’ll walk through your space together and identify the key opportunities to maximise your property’s appeal.
